Head of Operations Yard and Warehouse (m/f/d) Full-time

The Head of Depot and Warehouse is a key role in our company. In this position, you will be responsible for the depot and the associated logistics processes – from the efficient management of the warehouse and the smooth technical handling of the delivery and collection process to the coordination between logistics, technical internal services, and the workshop.

We are looking for a personality who combines technical understanding with organizational skills, thereby confidently managing the interface between the workshop and the organization. As a fully digitized company, we also expect you to enjoy digitally supporting and developing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Management: Monitoring inventory, planning and conducting inventory controls, ensuring warehouse organization and efficiency.
  • Delivery Process: Coordination and monitoring of all steps in the delivery process – from the technical preparation of machines to delivery to customers – while adhering to schedules and quality standards.

As a dispatcher for access platforms and forklifts, you are the heart of our logistics and the most important point of contact for our customers. In this position, you manage the entire rental process – from the initial customer inquiry and consultation to the clever deployment planning of our machines and efficient tour planning for our drivers.
We are looking for a true organizational talent who keeps a cool head even in stressful moments and confidently manages the interface between customers, workshops, and transport drivers. Your responsibilities

  • Clever Dispatch & Fleet Management: You plan and monitor the deployment of our access platforms and forklifts and always have a precise overview of our inventory and availabilities.

Your tasks:
