Since 2017, Concept-B GmbH has been setting standards in the rental of height access solutions under the name BIBERGER Arbeitsbühnen und Forklift . With more than 1,000 devices in the field of height access technology, we support our customers nationwide with their projects.
Our dynamic team, which now consists of over 70 employees, shares the vision of Martin and Benjamin Biberger and drives innovation and growth every day. Together we overcome challenges , optimize processes and develop solutions that offer our customers real added value.

Service technician (m/f/d) full-time
As a service technician (m/f/d) at BIBERGER in Schierling You not only get our machines back into top shape, but also ensure that they perform reliably on every construction site.
Your tasks:
- Maintenance, repair and servicing of work platforms, forklifts and telehandlers – either directly at the customer’s premises or in our workshop.
- Diagnose faults on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Carry out safety checks and regular inspections in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Assemble and disassemble assemblies and components.
- Document your work and coordinate with customers and colleagues.
- Actively shape and improve our service and maintenance processes.
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, agricultural and construction machinery mechanic, automotive mechatronics engineer or in a similar field.
- Ideally, initial experience with work platforms, forklifts or similar machines.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and mechanics.
- An independent and solution-oriented way of working.
- A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in dealing with customers.
- Driving license class B, ideally also BE.
Painter (m/f/d) full-time
As a painter (m/f/d), you not only give our rental fleet a uniform finish, but also ensure that they are immediately recognizable on our customers' construction sites.
Your tasks:
- You carry out professional painting work on work platforms, forklifts and their components.
- You precisely identify paint damage and other defects on our devices and repair them professionally.
- You document your work by keeping maintenance and repair records.
Your skills:
- You have in-depth knowledge of various painting techniques and processes, especially for industrial vehicles.
- You work with high precision and attention to detail to ensure a high-quality paint finish.
- You are independent and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You communicate effectively to align with the team and coordinate workflows.
- You have a high level of awareness of occupational health and safety in order to minimize risks and comply with safety standards.
